Learner progress report

Progress and drop-off by cohort from Pathwright activity in your lookback window. Learner rows use user_id only (click to open the member in Pathwright). Large courses run in timed chunks — use Resume report to continue (state kept in this tab). Same unlock as the course creator studio.

Unlock with COURSE_CHAT_SECRET and optional DEBUG_UI_PASSWORD. Bearer stays in session storage for this tab.

Course URL

Full https URL required — school (IMB, MSN, STAGE, DISCOVER) is detected from the hostname.

Target cohort from URL

Off (default) = all cohorts for the course. On = only the cohort ID in the URL path (e.g. …/library/slug-232545/670989/path/).

Activity period

Step activity uses this window only. All enrolled learners are listed; those without a complete_step in the period show as enrolled with no step activity in range.

When a run hits the server time limit, the next chunk starts automatically (no need to click Resume each time).

Recent in this tab

Saved reports and checkpoints live in this browser tab only. Clear other courses removes other courses from history/cache so this course can resume. Clear tab history wipes everything (including resume checkpoints).

Cohort completion %

Each learner is counted once (highest progress in the lookback window). Completion % = share of learners in that cohort at 100% course progress (or all required steps done). Learner table includes cohort_completion_pct for the learner’s cohort.
